if this is russian propaganda... I love it!!!

My wife fell in LOVE with this game, but after about 17 hours there's been an issue where the game doesn't even boot up anymore and it's been persistent for the past 3 months...

It's still persisting and reinstalling doesn't do anything, would there be any video drivers that might be the issue? Just trying my options.

I have tried what someone else has had with this same issue as far as deleting my wife's save files and still to no avail. Inexcusable for a game I PAID for.

PLUS I'm PRETTY sure my review had been removed from the reviews section AND my game is UNPLAYABLE and nothing has been done about it, I understand I'm past my 2 hours of playtime. But If i'm literally incapable of playing a game THAT I PAID FOR, then something NEEDS to be done about it otherwise the devs need to get up with me and actually figure this the ♥♥♥♥ out. Inexcusable that this has gone on for a year and still nothing has been done nor inquired...

I need help with a cooldown that was unfairly given to me. Please, I just got off of a 7 day cooldown and I just got another one...
