It's from the Alien movie. Check out the LCDs. It's an obscure reference. Nothing elaborate. I sometimes stick a reference like that in my builds. The Triton Explorer has a reference to the Discovery space shuttle for example.

Ok. Please tell me from which movie so I know if it's worth searching. Btw I had to look up 'Quantum Torpedo' because I'm not into Star Trek. Idk anything about Battlestar Galactica either. Or Stargate. I know a little SW and Firefly though. Is it one of them? :-)

Heya! It's pretty good! They've changed or added a bunch of new stuff like character customization, ship classes, modules to upgrade them, more stuff to do on planets, salvaged tech you can dig up(currency to trade for blueprints), new devices, etc.You can build bases anywhere now and they've increased the size of them. Getting a freighter is easier than ever. Every 5 warp jumps you'll run into a scripted event where you can save a freighter that's under attack. If you talk to the captain afterwards he'll offer you the ship. If it's the first time you've done this the ship is free. Just be careful not to shoot the friendlies(friendly fire is a thing). They have frigates you can buy to build a little fleet and send them on missions and there are bounty missions you can take from the npc at the space station. I'm enjoying it. It's still a little buggy but they've been working hard to fix stuff. If you liked the game at all before it's definitely worth checking out.

just subscribed to one of your builds I like the look of it and will try it out soon will let you know what I think as my ships take quite a beating under my control that and my server owner made me one crazy custom planet that kind of...well is overly hostile...so I need something that can really take a beating and dish it out even better.

Thanlk you i took your advice and am sitting out till Alpha 6.0 i also bought a new computer not just for this game but for future ones too ..cause my laptyop cnt handle it anymore after the graphics updates its a 5 year old alieanware youd think it could but no...dam china crap..lol any way thanks again..

I spend a lot of time in creative just building stuff. I don't actually play survival mode all that often. If I did I'd get just as frustrated with the constant resets. The game is still an alpha. It's still early in development so it's going to be updated constantly. I actually haven't been playing much at all lately even to build stuff because they have another major patch coming soon that's going to make significant changes. It may be you just need to take a break for awhile and come back when the game is more complete.

hey i got a question ...how the heak do you stay intrested in empyrion glactic survival beacuse it keeps updating causing you to restart a game? ive tried to stay intrested but im loosing hope ...i play SP by the way...im soooo tired of restarting after taking over a planet and making a huge base ..i know you can save blue prints but its not good enough cause you have to mine and get all the dang resources again and again and again !!!!!
