Sup, saw the Fallout post! Considering those forums tend to go nuts and the posts are easy to lose, I decided to post here. It sounds like you are either running in windowed mode or did the FPS unlocking trick. If that's the case you just need to limit FPS back to 60 (Running in fullscreen should theoritcally fix that as well).

Annoying, but critical given the speed of the game engine is governed by the FPS and going over 60 can cause all kinds of problems, one of which being what you mentioned. Hope that helps!
