Enjoyable challenging game. amazing soundtrack
checkpoints are spaced really far in alot of places tho. but aside from that the difficulty is fun

TLDR, its a solid 6.75 game , depending on your build you might hate it , or love it. most issues can be fixed with balance patches if the devs care.
+Pretty as ♥♥♥♥ at all times
+Runs like greased lightening
+Fun gameplay if you like maxing out dps with different builds.
-They need to buff melee and magic damage significantly.
= Guns outclass everything else., you dont need to dedicate skill points so its kinda free dps

to go further detail, i ran a magic build, and even with maxed out magic buffs from everything i could get , it just couldnt come close to the dps of 100% crit chance gun build

I couldnt imagine running a melee build , enemies dont seem to respond from melee hits very well , and small enemy attacks arnt telegraphed well enough to parry consistently , its so much more work compared to just gunning everything down.

very buggy right now , im sure the devs know. Dying then crashing = you lose all your souls aka a really bad time. Will update once some good patches have rolled out.

some quality of life changes for the Void rooms are very much needed

-Checkpoints between sections-alot of these rooms are painfully long. feel like im playing MarioMaker all over again.
-No pointless game overs- the option to leave at any moment is more then enough

They really nailed the "one more run" feeling a roguelite needs.
Awesome gameplay loop with endless possibilities that I STILL havent completely explored. as new options seemingly open after every run.
Solid story thats relatable enough and interesting to keep those more narratively driven players invested between runs as youre drip fed bits and pieces of the story for attempting runs.

Other Roguelites could learn alot from Hades as I feel they "Perfected the loop" which is something every Roguelite should strive for.

also please give us a standard TDM game mode with respawns.

edit: And now the only good game mode just left.

I can go into quick detail that it was a game mode where everyone dropped with the bare necessities (shield, pistol, knockdown shield, backpack) lowest quality loot,and increased drop rate of better loot. if you didnt know any better youd think it was a QOL update that just rubbed out the boring slow early game of looting around for the basic equipment.

Im typically really bad at "wipeout" style racing games but something about this one just hits different.

awesome vehicle customization to really get a vehicle that feels JUST right

-Simply put if you like SCP Lore , youll love this story
-Combat is responsive and very satisfying , environments crumble under your super powers. headshots and weapons all feel impactful and crunchy.
-Sound design is creepy , yet inviting. keeps you curious.

Map ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks tho, the budget cut is def felt here, as its about as good as a "you are here" at an amusement park.

The most interesting content is the side content, secret bosses and the like. very weird design choice but its true.
Not that the main story is uninteresting , its just the side missions have actual memorable areas and boss fights.

-Awesome game 8/10
-lots to do, atleast 50 hours of gameplay if your the kind of person to casually look for everything they can -find
-Very fun and unique combat thats focused on mastering each monsters various weakpoints that give various advantages in the fight.
-New game +, carry all your loot, boost the difficulty, good times

It can be a little buggy at times but overall works well
Not many complaints, worth noting to be honest. just play it , you wont be disappointed.
