I've finally got the chance to play this game after 15 years and man this game is so good, really recommend using 7th heaven and mod the game, to up scaling everything and using the voice acting mod, do not use shinra cut till it is fully finished.

Dragonball Z:Kakarot is not your typical game, think of the legacy of goku series, mixed in with sagas, mixed in with xenoverse 2. It's a dynamic open world rpg game that covers the entire DBZ saga from all the way to sayian, and all the way to the buu saga. Now one thing people haven't mentioned so far in these reviews is, the game covers a lot of personal point of view with characters i will not go into detail about because well where's the fun in that. But as a Dragonball Z fan i will say this is by far one of the best dragonball games made with such detail, and attention to how the tone of the overall series is. At times the writing feels like it's a mixture of Dragonball and Z. But all in all, i HIGHLY recommend this game to dbz fan, the 3d models honestly look more like the manga artstyle compared to the anime art style and that in my case is a good thing as i preferred Akiras manga style over his anime style.

Now the cons to the game honestly has some bugs on the pc version if you alt-tab out of the game in fullscreen. Made my pc crash a couple of times, so i recommend going into borderless fullscreen, also some of the models and npc games acted a little silly. But overall i'd rate the game a solid 8.5/10
