da kauft man sich den season pass weil er alle zukünftigen DLCs beinhaltet und dann sowas? einfach mal hinterrücks umändern damit der season pass nichtmehr für zukünftige DLCs gilt ?

damit ist ark nun endgültig gestorben.

to sum it up.. sealclobbing would be a better title for this game and here is why:

1. not many ppls online
2. you (as a beginner) are forced to play against ppl who unlocked everything
3. no bots
4. no balance

all in all this game is not worth playing unless you like dying alot

It looks great on paper but the execution is terrible.
let me explain why...

- a variety of different "Champions" to choose from: Each "Champion" got a unique ability that adds more variety in playstyle

- Group Experience Boost: Invite a friend into your group and you both get more experience.


- Only 4 different Game Modes: 1vAll or 4v4 Deathmatches and 1v1 or 2v2 Ranked.

- Random Laggs: It doesn't matter how stable your connection or how low your Ping is the game starts to randomly lagg at time to the point where it is unplayable
with only 8 Players per map and a ping of 20-60 ms, a game like Quake Champions (or any other Arena shooter for that matter) shouldn't start to Lagg randomly.

- Disconnects: sometimes everyone in a match gets thrown back to the Titlescreen or out of the Game itself.



While Quake Champions is visually appealing it falls flat in Serverstability.
Due the lack of Serverstability and lack of Staff in the chat, i can't recomment Quake Champions in its current state (as of June 18th 2018)

it used to be a good game but it aged badly.
ppl with ATI graphic cards can't even play it
i've tried everything to get it to work again after i switched to ATI but it mostly runs on ~5ish fps.

i don't recommend it simply because its unplayable.

you are only allowed to hunt 2 animals thats it and you can't buy any items because you only get a guest account for free. You can pay to upgrade your account but you have to pay again after the time expires otherwise you'll get downgraded to guest account again and can only hunt for 2 animals again.
what also bugs me is the fact that even if you play in single player mode you can only hunt for those 2 animals but all the other animals will show up ( and no you can't shoot them).

this game is nearly dead... 7 servers and only 1 where people are playing the rest is empty .

well it is fun to play but you don't have access to most of the weapons because you have to buy them with real money.
and there is also armor that protects you a bit like a helmet that prevents one headshot but again.. armor is only aviable with rl money so its more a p2w game which is kinda sad because otherwise the game would be great.
i hope they are going to change it


the only weapons you'll get for free are
a fireaxe at lvl 2
a FN57 Pistol at lvl 3 (i really like that weapon XD)
tmp smg at lvl 4
Aug-A3 smg at lvl 6
SVD Sniper rifle at lvl 10
RPK Smg at lvl 13
and finaly medium medikits at lvl 14 but they come with a limited number so you have to resupply them again with real money which is kinda bad
