Child cannibalism or fetal cannibalism describes the act of eating a child or fetus. Controversy was sparked when images showing what appeared to be human fetuses were being published in China. Reports later explained that the images were part of an artist's exhibition (Zhu Yu) and was not a real fetus but just to be in a contemporary artwork, although Zhu claimed otherwise. [1] The artwork is called "Eating people" and was made to protest against cannibalism.
In 330-340 AD Alexandrian bishop Epiphanius claimed to have defected from a sect called the Phibionites, which were claimed to worship a snake, have sexual intercourse during religious ceremonies, and eat aborted fetuses - considered to be "the perfect mass". This account was used by the Christian Church to attack its enemies.

Lymphogranuloma venereum (also known as "Climatic bubo,"[1] "Durand–Nicolas–Favre disease,"[1] "Poradenitis inguinale,"[1] and "Strumous bubo"[1]) is a sexually transmitted disease caused by the invasive serovars L1, L2, L2a or L3 of Chlamydia trachomatis.[2]

LGV is primarily an infection of lymphatics and lymph nodes. Chlamydia trachomatis is the bacterium responsible for LGV. It gains entrance through breaks in the skin, or it can cross the epithelial cell layer of mucous membranes. The organism travels from the site of inoculation down the lymphatic channels to multiply within mononuclear phagocytes of the lymph nodes it passes.

In developed nations, it was considered rare before 2003.[3] However, a recent outbreak in the Netherlands among gay men has led to an increase of LGV in Europe and the United States.[4][5] A majority of these patients are HIV co-infected.
