Well, Terraria is a platformer sandbox with plenty of bosses to fight, gear to make, and things to build. I play it a lot with friends, which can make the game a lot more fun~. It's not exactly everyone's cup of tea, but I'd suggest getting it on sale if you're not 100% if it's a game you'd enjoy. So at the very least, you'd not have spent much on it.
