Very fun game, can be played by yourself however its more fun with friends. The main reason for this is the map is very large to the point that you will most likely go sailing and sometimes you want to sing a good ole shanty with your friends and brave the dangers together. Like minecraft though, if you just wanna build and explore in solitude you can do that too. The only warning I can give to buyers is that if you plan on fighting all the bosses solo then the game becomes way more grindy because you have to prepare more since you are the only one fighting. With friends it can still be grindy if you decide to do everything before fighting the boss but you forget its a grind. Anyway regardless the grinding doesnt feel unbalanced, if it was too easy there would be way less play time and actual exploring going on.

- bugs? I havent come across any yet but ive heard some of my friends losing stuff after dying (usually it was just weird tombstone placement like dying between rocks or in water)

Verdict 9/10 100% worth full price
Would make it a 10/10 but its early access so its not finished and I think perfection only goes to finished products. With that being said if it is a 9 for me now that means it has a solid foundation to grow from as a game. Hope this review helps, the review format might be weird but this is my first ever review of a product and as a very cheap gamer i usually wait for deals because most early access games are just skeletons and not actually worth their offering price but this game spits in the face of that idea. I just had to make a review for others who might be worried about wasting money on poorly executed ideas.
