If you're on the fence and have a life to live, you can wait until they patch Act 3 some more. Even so, its still worth it even with the glitches, overall best RPG in the last 10 years at least.

My game kept crashing because my PC isn't the most stable thing in the world but the story was so good I didn't care that I had to restart it every 20 minutes. I don't imagine any other game, movie or any form of media that can keep you this engaged. Truly 10/10 as a story.
