I'd say not. Once trouble always trouble from experience. Let alone he said such sick words to you and others which is not good for your reputation nor the kind of person you really are, let alone he hasn't even apologized for his obnoxious sick unforgiveable behavior towards you and has no remorse or regrets. My advice is no but it's your choice. You already seen the consequences of his retaliation towards you and your friends so you know the risks. Anycase it's your call but if he responds aggressively and offensively after me posting this then you know for sure it's just gonna be trouble. Just remember the golden rule, You are who you hang out with. Choose wisely.

Ok simply report it to steam and if they won't do anything you can report it to the police for harrassment. There is a law against this kind of actions which is also considered as stalking and abusive harrassment by law, but try to get it resolved through steam first.

Ok you have 2 options: 1. Remove him & 2. Block him. I'll tell you how to do both in one shot. With steam opened click VIEW FRIENDS LIST, then scroll down untill you find him, after that click the lil arrow pointing down beside his name *as you will notice an arrow is beside every friend you have* a menu will pop up, finally click either one you prefer for the trouble maker: at the very near bottom choose Remove Friend; at the very near top choose Block All Communication... and then another pop up will show which is a confirmation giving you the details of blocking & the choice to cancel or block, choose Block Player & your done he can no longer message you, however, if your profile page comments is set to public he can message you regardless of him being blocked which really sucks on steam's part of so-called security so if you don't care about the public commenting your page then go somewhere in your options & settings & change the permissions to friends only & your done.
