Spoilers ahoy, so, I rec it, and not just because it lets you beat up cops and steal their pants, with the warning that the game contains some transphobia in both it's fake in universe social media and in a series of side missions which involve the MC crossdressing.

There are a lot of elements in Akiba's Trip that in a different piece of media would be singled out for praise. A sci-fi survival horror game with not-vampires you defeat by breaching their containment suits would be a critical darling. The nigh-immortal love interest declaring her love to the MC at the train station instead of going home with "You are the sun in my sky" would launch a thousand fics and metas if it was in an hour-long weekly drama or an adaption of a book most of the target audience hadn't read. The ending I've been half-jokingly calling the "Local Superheros Ending" is a classic Battle Couple slow burn.

If you're looking to fight creeps, win hearts, or just pants your way to saving the city this game may be for you.

Not an unfun game but the lack of meaningful anti-harassment tools is to the obvious detriment of the game's community, which is great when it's good, and awful at it's worst, and the rationale for not implementing an ignore feature, "It will be used for abuse if we add anti-abuse tools", paired with a ranking system that punishes players who drop from matches where they're being trolled or griefed deeply feels like being told the killer is calling from inside the house.

School Girl/Zombie Hunter is a 3rd person loot shooter about kneecapping zombies, hunting rare birds on school grounds, and streaking in your friend's underwear. It's Horny but not ♥♥♥♥♥, Salacious but not Raunchy, and flowing with gore. A schlocky exploitation film to classic Resident Evil's Night of The Living Dead, SG/ZH is worth at least $20.

It's the Zombie Apocalypse, again, and 17 year old orphan and quiet, reserved student Risa Kubota has fallen in with a quartet of feral teenage girls. Black Belt/Celebritot Rei Kanazaki, who demands punishment and seeks worthy challenges. Psychic Genki-Girl Mayaya Himeji, who joined the baseball team just so she can carry a bat every where, and her childhood friend, Aloof Upperclassmen/Cold Sniper Enami Kamijo, an Ice Queen desperate to defrost. Rounding out the group is Risa's childhood friend and housemate Sayuri Akiba, descended from warriors, possessed of a Samurai's Spirit, and your friend now, get used to it.

Banding together to survive against waves of living dead, undead horrors, bros in hooded trenchcoats, and evil opposite doubles the girls kick ass like the barely legal, nearly nude, special forces team they were apparently studying at high school to be.

30 days to bank as much scrap as possible and an extra free fast travel point, more atoms per dollar than if I'd bought them on their own, and mine to keep after my 30 days is up? FNV's classic Ranger Armor, and the power of dancing.

EDIT: Looks like it's 28 days and not 30, so be aware of that when it says "1 month".

Violent CrimeMan - Friend of All Children: Origins is a Beat Em Up about our favourite Crime Dad's time as a Crime Son. Punch, Kick, Hustle, and Shake your way through 1988 as 'young' Violent CrimeMan and Eyepatch FashionCrime at their day jobs laundering money and managing sex workers.

The main game includes RPG elements, FashionCrime's day job includes party management, dating game, and customer service elements, minigames include disco dancing, karaoke, arcade classics, bowling, racing, gambling, lots of gambling, pool, and darts.

Violent CrimeMan - Friend of All Children: EXTREME is a Beat 'Em Up about Punching, Family, and Punching Family. It has RPG elements in the main game and mini games include racing, dating, gambling, and bar favourites pool, darts, and karaoke. Clearing the game unlocks a free-roam mode that includes Dad Simulator elements.

Less Money Rain and Dancing than VCM-FAC: Origins, but way more inappropriate daddy/daughter field trips.
