If you have an interest in paranormal games that have a decent amount of replayability this is a good game to check out. There are multiple maps with a good amount of different paranormal spirits inhabiting them each time in a new location. No two haunts will ever be the same. It is in development currently so you do have to get past a few bugs and some sub optimal situations but nothing that's too game breaking.
