Note that this game isn't for everyone. It has a big learning curve and requires plenty of pracite to be decent at the game itself. But why should you play this instead League of Legends? A complex and a compling system, more "balance" than LoL, a higher variety of features, tons of player content, no need to "pay to win", a multitude of unique heroes, a countiously changing meta game, being able to pick and choose the cosmetics you get for you HUD and heroes, high competitive gameplay, very in-depth tutorials, and much more. Sure you have to deal with foriegn people, feeders, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, and what not, but thats the price you pay for playing free-to-play MOBA. If you're willing to try hard and have fun then this game can be for you, but you'll need to earn your fun. Good luck.
