The base version of the game is great and can be enjoyed many times over, however all the DLC is incredibly overpriced. Don't bother getting unless you're happy with playing with the basic starting factions or you've got money to burn on extra factions that you want to try.

The game is fun to play, even though there were a few times where I'd lay a bucket load of bullets into someone and not kill them, and yet I would then be 1 shot'ed by a guy I could barely even see on the screen because he was that far away (and moving whilst shooting, so not a sniper), but by far the biggest problem is that you have to pay a "bucket load" of money to actually get any new equipment. For instance I worked out that I would have to play in game for 6 hours "and do very well score wise", just to grind and get the next basic light sub-machine gun on a low tier'ed soldier, let alone if you wanted to make any enhancements to the gun or ammunition etc. If you wanted a premium accont by which you'd "still have to go through a long grind to get anything", you were looking at around US$15 for just 30 days.

I might come back to the game if they ever reduced the price of the premium account to be more reasonable for a long term basis, but honestly its just too expensive.
