Purchase this game at your own risk. It's has very high de-sync issues(given it's being flooded with new players), glitchy, and un-optimized atm. If you don't have a good tolerance for unstable early access games then don't buy it until it's been updated. Most high end computers will run this game decently, but mid range and low end WILL struggle. You're paying 40 dollars to test and see the game in its current *EARLY ACCESS* state, the review bombs are honestly pathetic. This game does not feel like a pump and dump scheme and has some serious potential and talent given the technology it's trying to implement.

The game itself has a solid foundation on release. The map, enemies, weapons, mechanics, and atmosphere are great and i'm excited to see where it goes. The current AI is pretty rough to play around and will definitely need a lot of tweaking, but it's functional. I've only gotten to experience a couple of raids with friends and I have crashed pretty frequently, but it may be more stable solo. Aside from the stability issues, I think this game can be very successful if they work diligently to fix the issues and add more. Hopefully the devs keep their heads on their shoulders and get it done, otherwise we'll have another would Tarkov dev cycle on our hands.

Overall if you're bored of Tarkov and want a unique take on the extraction shooter genre, then this is a solid investment. I expect the server performance issues to be resolved over the next couple of weeks, and the game optimization/fixes in the coming months. It runs pretty solid once you're out of the main area, and the graphics are great even on low settings.

As a Med student with in interest in becoming a neurosurgeon, I was elated to find this game on Steam. It perfectly matched my interests, right down to a brain transplant surgery! I thought that this game was so great, in fact, that I used it to study for my surgery exam...WHAT A BAD IDEA!

DO NOT BUY THIS GAME! IT IS A COMPLETELY INACCURATE, HORRIBLE REPRESENTATION OF SURGERY AND WILL MAKE YOU LOSE ANY CHANCE OF BECOMING A SURGEON! THANKS, BOSSA STUDIOS!

(The Team Fortress 2 surgery was a lot of fun though)
