Not a game for everybody. I use this game as my bedtime story. I'm not even kidding. It's that boring for me. Everything is well executed. No doubt about that. Maybe I'm just getting too old, and the melodrama isn't for me. So why the thumbs up? Cause this game did nothing wrong.

TLDR: if you aren't into that much jrpg drama, this game will make you sleep.

I would be fine if this game involves pay to win model, but even the matchmaking seems to be skewered too.

There are fun moments but for every 1 fun game, there will be 4-8 matches of torture.

Didn't grow up playing half life, and I was aware of the difficulty in remaking the last stage the team had over many years. Yet they delivered it beautifully in the end. All I can say is thanks for giving me the childhood I didn't know I missed out.

Definite buy if you're into old school graphics.

Game is more than worth it if you get it below $10 USD. For it's original price, well, it depends on how deep your pocket is.

For whatever reason, this game reminded of the simpler time when LAN cafe was still a thing and L4D is the hottest game in town. Just 4 players going ham on mindless zom-I mean rats. And what this game delivered that L4D had failed to was making the combat fun. For the graphic and sound design, it makes me feel ashamed to be paying less than $10 for it. It's simply breathtaking. The story? Idk man, just here to exterminate rodents.

TLDR: Get it on sale if possible, combat: 8/10, graphic & sound: 10/10, story: rats/10.

This game is definitely not for everyone.

Honestly a lot of things to complain about, but definitely a core memory in my childhood.

Worth checking out.

Previously I read a review here that the game save files might be gone. He's right, the file got deleted for some reason. Now I know there are suggested solutions to recover it, but why should the people who bought this game be the one looking for the solution?

I spent most of my time "interpreting" faces and I got them wrong half of the time.

Game used run with low fps but at least it's playable in the past. Now it just crashes randomly.

So well optimized.
