Funny and very ironically i get russians downvoting my PZ mods because they are disabled if the language is set to russian.

What they don't know is that ALL ratings - positive or negative - counts as ratings, and helps in the total cumulative count of ratings.

So yeah, just go ahead and downvote my mods - LOL.
