TL:DR Gameplay is great, Story is unique and awesome, characters are well written, and combat is satisfying. try it out.

So, playing this game first on the Xbox from the "Games For Gold" back on the 360, i loved this game.
I got it on the PC a few years back cause i missed it, and it was a great idea.
The story is just great, playing Wei really puts you in the mindset of him and everything he has to go through, while also fufilling a self-finding journey.
The few puzzles you do are fairly straightforward whence you learn the systems behind them, even if there are quite frankly too many collectables.
Combat is fluid, and fairly standard if you enjoy the Assassins Creed/Batman Arkam games.
Plus, this game is what got me into eating Pork Bun, no lie. Sleeping dogs is truly a game that ALWAYS deserved a sequel, but sadly never got one. So it will sadly die a cult loved game.

I've had Steam for Eleven years. I originally got it FOR Left 4 Dead 1, i was nine years old, and i was over at my friends house and he was playing a cool game.
The map was Blood Harvest, in the train safehouse, and i just remember sniping zombies from the saftey of the train car, and i went home that day and begged my dad to buy me this game. about a week later, i come home from school, and he told me a package came in.
It was a disc of Left 4 Dead, GOTY edition, to this day, i still have that case with the disc inside. That one day in my childhood changed my entire life. and that's not a joke.

But, you're here for a game review, not my life story. My old L4D and L4D2 friends alway hit me up asking if B4B is good and i always tell them the same thing. "You're asking the wrong question. The right question is, "Is this game familiar enough to L4D where I will feel comfortable and familiar but different enough where it feels fun, fresh, and new." and that answer, is a resounding yes.

Back 4 Blood takes almost everything the Left 4 Dead series had, and improves on it. I'm not ashamed to say I pre-ordered the best edition, but this isnt a "I've brainwashed myself to like it cause i spend alot of money on it" type of review, this is all genuine feeling.
Throughout the rocky start from the terrible A.I from the beta, to the stable and very fun Full game. Turtle Rock studio has yet to make a game i havent liked (Yes, INCLUDING EVOLVE) I bring that up because they took advice from people who played the Beta, and are constantly updating it, and ironing out kinks, and just making the game better.
The entire scope of the game is easily twice to three times larger than L4D2.

As someone who watched Squad since it's conception, and played it off and on over the years, i can say that this is still one of the best Mil-sim shooters that takes itself only as serious as the players take it.

One game you'll be a well oiled machine, squads communicating with eachother over radio, talking with commander, and taking names and kicking ass.

The next you'll join a tank squad named "Big Chungus" while singing Back Street Boys "I want it That Way" with 30 other people in the pre-round.

Its the community you're really here for, the gameplay is beautiful. but the players are some of the best i've seen in terms of community, supporting eachother, and just generally being nice.

Tons of love for this game, the deep thought that the creator has put into the game over the years is fantastic, and always draws people back to it eventually. "Big" updates may be sparse, but when they come out, it's HUGE development of an already finished product. This game in my opinion is worth the full price.

Cars, Action, explosions and driving like keemstar (Fast AF BOI) best driving game I've played, actually gripping and amazing story, horribly underrated, if you're on the edge of buying the game, I would, sale or not, do it.

Would not recomend. Graphics are bad ( even thoguhts its an old game still, others were good.) the cotrolls are really weird. no one playes on it. just a game that died.

Once upon a time there was a smal group of pepole who banded together to create a game on a small sort of kick starter site. that game got so much love it came to steam, but it still needs help funding to make updates and it becomes better and better.So now with enough backround, let me tell you about the game itself. So you make your fist game with randomly generated 5 topics you choose from, match the topic with a genra, and pick what you want your game to be on so likke pc G36 or other things. and make a game. put in design points and technology points. Finish your game and get reviews of professional gaming magazins. and then you have started your soon to be awsome carrer in video gaming history!
Along the way you can buy new offices hire pepole even old cerlebertys. who all help with games and such. I wont give too much away this time because i want you to know it all yourself and it is such an awesome game that i know you will all love.

Haken to be honest is a full mech Smaller scale Titan Fall. But that does not mean it is trying to copy it. It has a whole different direction in its path. But anyways, it is a full on mech war zone. There are diffent types of mechs of course, theres the smaller mechs who deal less power but are majorly faster. the medium who deals conciderable power and considerable speed and the turtle. like it's name it is slow but but does anlot of damage, and one neat feture it that is can accually put a sheild infront of it, move even slower, cant fire but can have more armor. you can allso jump thanks to nitros whenever you jump tiny rockets come from your butt and propell you upwards. but becarfull for two things, it has a durability and if your too high you take fall damage. you can allso run a bit when you press your run key, it proppels you straight forword for a second so its more of a boost then a run. Next, the gamemodes. there are Team deathmatch i think free for all and this weird teamwork robot match witch is cool. and this other defense/offense game were youcollect this green gas and launch it into a container thing to launch a ship to help kill the enamy, and if you controll the center part of the map. you allso have this artillery thing that help with takeing down enemy aircrafts. but your main guns can allso take it down if you fire long enough.
Powerups: in the store (yes this game has a virtuall economy) you can buy upgrades and power ups for your mechs. well, let me rephrase, not power ups persay, more like gadgets. you buy the gadget and you can toggle them to a key, one of the starter ones is you press a button, and it throws down this sheils that takes no damage from outer damge like orckets, but it has a durabillity and if an enemy gets in it you can be hurt from the inside. I am pretty sure thats it,

Dishonored is a game were you play as a man named Corvo. a master bodygaurd of the empress. but, in a conspiracy plot to over throw her, she is killed and lady Emily (heir to the thrown) is taken captive. Oh ya,, and this is all blamed on you. (go figure). So with the help of freinds and master assassin moves it is up to you to sae Emily and bring peace to us all. Oh and did forget to menion, your in a middle of a rat plauge. and depending on how you play the game you can get two endings. good were Emily is a nice and fair queen. Or you can just kill EVERYTHING you see and make Emily a queen of hatered and death. so have fun, and remember. BUY IT! PLAY IT! LOVE IT!

Left 4 Dead One is the game that got me hooked on steam. we all have our first games. The games that started our journey, and this was mine. This game started alot of the zombie geonra I think. With its graphics ahead of its time take 4 charecters, Bill, Francis, Zoey, and Louis, on a epic campaign surviving onslaughts of enemy zombies and special infected. Such as the Smoker, Boomer, Hunter, Witch, and Tank. all of them have their unique contribuits that you just have to play and find out. This was Bubba read me next time on my review Hawken.
