The game has many issues but I play it for the level and sound design, which are good.

Connections are very slow compared to T7.

Balancing way worse than T7, not even close, and T7 had obviously bad balancing.

Greedy tactics from the developers, but no fixes, the patches they issue are dumb.

Heat system makes the game a casino, you are forced to guess too much without any defensive options.

EDIT:

They patched a bit in a good direction but not enough to make it a fair game from a coin toss that it is.

Love it to bits, newer games do not have such large, realistic and detailed locations, amazing atmospehre.

Stalker series are much better than metro series.
