Sony should have set up PSN account at time of purchase not weeks after launch. No just no consent is important don't bury it in EULA and TOS, be upfront. Class action lawsuits and FTC investigations are what your toying with. Steam better start giving full refunds unquestioned if they do not want to be enjoined in this mess.......

Consent matters, being upfront matters more. Without consent your just stalking and gaping people...

I'll make this short and sweet.
Pros
Not a dumb shooter but dumber than many before it.
More complex than Mass Effect 2 and other FPS/3rdP shooter RPGs but I almost feel bad that Bioshock 2 as weak as it was had more in it than either of them…
Cons
Simple DX game, more shooter than thinker, if you gun and run the only bug you find is the disassemble bug….

BUGS so many bugs that make stealth and ghosting with no kill very bad, had no trouble in HR but this one won’t let you take bodies into vents unless they are level with the floor or dragged on top of things....

I recommend it on sale under 40$ else you can wait maybe we will luck out and a re release will fix the damn thing…

I’ll keep this short and sweet….

It’s a very simple game and rather easy to boot. It’s better than skyrim as far as leveling/ perks/ becoming a god at level 30 and such go but at the same time they did so much streamlining it feels gutted compared to FO3 or NV. All in all I miss ammo types and the old karma system that only needed to be modded to be based more on region than everywhere and non-watered down dialogue.

Pros
FPS action is good, solid weapons and location damage.
--
Building is fun if limited(you really need to follow a couple rules, try and build stuff that does not float and that looks like it has some structural integrity)
--
Companions get their own quests you have to unlock
--
Random legendary equipment from randomly spawned legendary enemies.
--
Most armor is now in 5 pieces, chest, arms and legs only down side is it’s not as modifiable as weapons are.
======================
Cons
Story? What story?
--
Outside of buying/selling/building stuff it’s a pure FPS…..
--
Settlement with 50 machinegun turrets gets raided and if you are not there gets damaged or destroyed ….
--
AI is a bit more blind and deaf.
--
All the old classic Fallout model designs have been changed.
--
Its unbalanced… still.
--
Critical hits are now a power attack you have to charge up a special bar for in vats, which is LAME
--
Dialogue is gutted heavily even more so than Mass Effect or Dragon Age.
--
There are no perks for persuasion as charisma has replaced it completely, I just would have liked extra dialogue choices.
--
Dialogue only has 2 directions positive and negative, no middle, ground no third option unless its middle ground or negative.
--
No longer have any quests that use your perks like the old skill system, IE repair this thing or heal that person.
--
All locations reset after a while minus unique characters you killed, this really should be more random than bam 5 days and its full again.
--
Anyone on your side/team or in your settlements cannot die unless it’s its scripted like failing to save a settlement even if it has 50 machinegun turrets and 20-30 settlers, the original family or people there will be killed off randomly.
--
Companions still get in the way, they really need to be behind you not in front…..
--
No multi ammo system, just 1 ammo type per weapon unless you change its ammo type using a work bench and your gun nut skill.
--
You can put a scope on a shotgun but not a submachine gun.
--
You can change the ammo type on some weapons but cannot upgrade that ammo type further.
--
NPC’s fall through the floors of the buildings you make.
===========================
Would I recommend it, no not till the modding community has a couple years to fix it, that plus it being 20-30$ will make it worth while..

Gameplay is alright once you learn how to build a dungeon with prestige gimmicks then you can start buying room items. I kinda like being able to decorate the dungeon how I want. As for the rest of it you place or take over monster pentagrams within your area of influence to expand your area of influence to conquer a map.The game is highly flawed but I tolerate all the flaws because its somewhat funny and somewhat fun to play once you know how to play it. Story is BS and graphics are okay. If you are looking for something on the level of Dungeon Lord or Dungeon Keeper this is as close you will get outside a AAA dev. At least this is not as bad as Impire which has backassward controls and gameplay. I’ll recommend this for about 10$ anything more than that is a bit much IMO.
