Topnotch Thief & Stacking Simulator. Animations are godlike. Sometimes ghost wants some attention while my squad strips the house bare. 10/10 would pinch the household goods from any ghost again while verbally abusing it.

If you look for intense, unfiltered and beautifully raw hate, seek no more! Get this game, play competitive and enjoy the sh*t show. Especially EU CSGO is cancer. You'll love it!

Nothing to say regarding gameplay what others haven`t pointed out yet. I very much enjoy this game, you can also just "freesolo". If you love to challenge yourself and you are obsessively ambitious, then play this game solo. Either way (Solo, duo, triple, full squad) I have a lot of fun with it and I haven`t even passed A1 yet...

Combat system is complex and there are a lot of tricks to learn. But just one brutal melee kill makes up for the rest of the time when you get your head bashed in as a boon. Even though I only played 12 hours so far, I know this one is a keeper!
Atmosphere, sound & overall immersion is superb.
If you also want something nice to look at, be assured that ue4 lets this game look gorgeous, with some almost photorealistic textures, if you bother to set everything at ultra.

EDIT: Now over 100 hours in. That game is simply awesome. No microtransactions, ocean-deep customization, super creative point-based character creation, fluid & precise combat mechanics (you can dodge swings by mere centimeters, you can duck under swings, you can dodge away, you can feint, morph, chamber, accel, drag, riposte, you can feint a riposte, you can morph a riposte, you can morph a riposte and then feint it....) that takes time to learn and properly use it as well, but it is so satisfying and there is basically never a moment where you are like "♥♥♥♥, wth why did i die here", it is rather like "♥♥♥♥ that was my mistake, i shouldnt or should have done this or that".

The emotes and voice commands are great, the lute and the lutebot supported by the developers are dope! The community is toxic as hell, but there are not only black sheep there & there are so many hilarious scenes i encountered on the battlefield that made me tear up from laughing.

The developer team is small, but there is new content in the making & I cant wait for the next update which brings at least 2 more giant maps & matchmaking system, as well as a ranked game mode!

This is a ridiculous fun game, buy it! And prepare to die a lot, because a lot of players already learned a ton of tricks, since it came out, but that is normal, you will curse like a maniac in the first 50 hours (or even more, depending on you) and it might make your blood boil, but once you have it down and you start to actually know what you are doing it is absolutely awesome!! Buy it, buy it, buy it!

EDIT: They even took their f*ckin bullsh*t further by not supporting Mac & Linux anymore, false marketing and they slowly use the same scheme of fortnite on this game. Impossible to get now anything for free like before. Crates are gone, you have to buy blue prints & the packs are priced in a way you can never fully use them (typical cancer cash grab move)

F*ck you so much EpicGames, I wish Steam would stop supporting your game, so that you lose all the players. There will always be a new RL-like game then.

It is an Early Access Game. Undeniable there are a lot of problems left to solve (netcode, balance, general optimization, tutorials for beginner etc.) yet it is still quake at the end of the day and you can feel that. Although now - apparently due to the modern twisted times - it is a F2P design and yes, there is all this cancer stuff that comes with it. Lootboxes, battle passes (only for cosmetics!!), always-online experience, no server browser, matchmaking and so on.

But despite all this if you are good at the basics of what made quake great you will enjoy this. People try to p i s s on it saying it is a MOBA shooter or whatever. It is not. Yes you have abilities, no they are not the big gamechanger, actually a recent patch reduced overall significance of all this champion-related active & passive abilities stuff.

Which brings me to the most important point. The game is constantly being worked on, the devs are dropping patches and listen to the community (e.g. when anarki was super weak or the horrible LG change at one point in time) despite what the haters are saying and you can never please everyone, especially in this community it seems.

TL;DR - This game is really fun, tons of action, modes and good old arena style fragging with a little modern champion twist. Still Quake, a lot of patches dropping, constant improvements, we are getting there slowly but steadily.
I hope this game gets huge, it is an awesome feeling & satisfying to frag in QC. Dont play this on any potato pc. See you in the arena!

EDIT2: It does have its problems, especially the lack of maps, but hell it is still quake. I cant let go & luckily still enough people are playing it, queuing works good in EU and I have a lot of fun fragging. As a cherry on top it is also really nice to look at.
