Heard mixed reviews about the game, but was still interested. Decided to try the game during a free weekend thing. Tutorial was fine, aside from stopping you with a text box every five seconds.

First mission? Fine-ish? Until what seems to be the very end. I can't tell you if it's the actual end, because the game softlocked. Whatever option is supposed to pop up to recover/return to base just does not appear when following the game's instructions. I can't even just DRIVE to the location it wants me to teleport to, because it forcefully takes away control from the vehicle.

Aside from the buggy mission, menus are not straightforward, and sometimes they let you use your mouse, but half the time you are required to use the keyboard to press the "OK!" button, because for some reason your mouse isn't usable suddenly.

Feels like a Deep Rock Galactic ripoff, down to the orbital map with randomized missions (Except you play the same identical 10 maps, but maybe this time you play it in reverse direction this time.)

The game's "Full Release" came with essential things not working, but they made sure to get the real money shop up and running!

The game's pre-release "Beta" was actually the alpha, and the "Full Release" is the beta, but now they can collect money from microtransactions.

Game looks great, but gameplay is horrible in comparison to the previous game. You never feel like you're truly making any progress. You never grow attached to characters, because every run randomizes them. Runs can take HOURS to complete, A new run takes an obnoxious amount of time to begin (Like, just give us a quick restart option or something?) The stagecoach is a boring gimmick and slows down the gameplay a lot.

Great looking game and it can be fun playing space trucker.

But..

You'll live in constant fear of being attacked and losing everything

Or you'll earn yourself a 200 credit fine by bumping into or accidentally shooting the wrong ship. And then you'll have every ship in the system trying to kill you.. for 200 credits. And then you'll try and find a place to pay off your accidental bounty, and find that the navigation system filter doesn't even work.

Fun at first, updates happened. Games broke, devs quit, new devs took over and 'rolled back' the game to a working state, promised to fix and make the game better, never followed through. Do not buy.
