Can't get pass the tutorial missions. They keep glitching, becomes unresponsive. The missions orders get stuck on the screen and as much as I try to do what the guy is telling me, nothing happens...just the sub flying around. Time compression keeps getting stuck on a high number. Yikes.

AWESOME!! What a classic that still kicks arse :) Amazing how many hours I spent playing this game on console just to get it back here in Steam. So much fun still. Oh and heads up for the ones that don't know. If discord is open while you play this fun fun game, it will crash/give you a black screen. Close discord and waste away many many hours playing this :)

Thank god is for free right now. I love trying stuff out before spending money. This game has being in my wish list for like ever yet never bought it. The negative reviews always scared me off. So i try it now and well....thanks but no thanks. Look I get it..survival and such. Yet you pretty much die. Loot system is trash. Oh look, found a gun....oh wow some shells that go with it! Good clothes. A back pack. Is that a knife?! Matches!!!!!! A saw for cutting trees into logs. Got me a fire going so I dont freeze to death. Oh wait.....no food whatsoever and now I'm dead again. Besides getting jumped once in a while by players and really handling zombies or staying away from them.....not finding any food will be aggravating and will kill you. Just not worth the headaches.

So......I was totally wrong. I will keep the initial comment because that dealt playing the vanilla game. DO NO PLAY THE VANILLA GAME!! I was shown into the world of all dayz servers out there and that's where this game shinned. The key is finding a great server and boy are there soooooooo many. Do you only want pvp? Only pve? Mix of both? Servers with more zombies? Hard core survival? Darn MUTANTS!! Its a wild west and it has something for everyone. The key is you have to find that server. The game still has problems that for some odd reason the company doesnt fix. Cars will kill you in this game and they just wont get fixed. Game crashes are normal. You live with them and hope that your game doesnt crash while fighting zombies. Not a fun way to die but you come back for more. :steamthumbsup:

So decided to buy this game now as it was on special hoping to play a game that relates to WWI. Unfortunately its a disappointment. Sure it has pretty trenches....shell holes everywhere...the famous over the trench whistle...random artillery explosions....but thats it as far as WWI goes. This game is made for just a certain type of players.......

SNIPERS! And thats it. If you want a game where you just sit back and snipe this is for you! Sure most of us try to follow the objectives...but what ends up happening the SNIPERS (not just using a sniper rifle but also a regular rifle or machine gun) just sit back and pick off players. They really dont need to help with the objectives.....just sit back and snipe!

Can I have my $$$$$ :(
