Nur was für Sadomasochisten!

Sicher, die ersten paar Stunden machen Spaß und das Grinden ist auch okay... aber man muss schon enorme Zeit (oder Geld) aufwenden um mit der Ausrüstung langjähriger Spieler gleichzuziehen. Das furchtbare Map-Design tut sein übriges - schonmal ein Spiel erlebt wo Spawnpunkte offensichtlich so weit weg vom Geschehen gelegt werden damit man Fahrzeuge kauft!? Hier hat man die Gelegenheit.

Wenn es nicht gerade der zweite Weltkrieg sein muss und man Fahrzeuge braucht - dann sollte man besser Rising Storm 2 kaufen. Ist wenigstens die paar Kröten wert... Heroes and Generals sicher nicht. Und da spreche ich nur von der Zeit die man reinsteckt.

The sole purpose of Arma 3 is the advertisement of overpriced DLC´s - and therefore, beside the singleplayer campaign, the embodiment of "pay to win" in PvP. You want a decent weapon? To bad - you don´t have the DLC. Ran out of ammo on the battlefield? To bad your opponent has the DLC - no weapon for you...

The performance of Arma 3 is sub-par. 30 players on an online-server work fine. Every player added to that will drop your framerate - even on a killer-rig you might end up with 20 fps. The bugs in the game are plenty and sometimes beyond funny. The game has its moments. Yet those are rare.

If you can grab it in Steam-sale... do it. If not... well - I warned you.

I play this "game" on and off since 2013. Back then it was new, fun and very nice. Now, 2019, it´s a marketing scheme.
New content its based around the p2w-items. The last update, Bloack Shark is nothing less than a slap in the face of casual gamers. But even in the tiers below... it´s a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Older vehicles will not be held current in matchmaking, you can´t even grind out repair costs some time and the gameplay deteriorated into one team (mostly the ones with the better premium-vehicles) steamrolling the other - culminating in a spwancamp-shooting gallery.
The potential wasted in this game is eyewatering. If you don´t want to invest money into it, it may have some light moments for you, and a lot of darkness. If you want to invest more than time... well - don´t. And if you already did - you´re an enabler of greedy publishers/developers and the reason why this abomination even exists in the first place.

My advise: Don´t start. Get a dog, start modelbuilding or whatever - or just get a real tank/flight-sim. Cheers!

Kurzweiliger Spaß... der Multiplayer ist quasi komplett kaputt weil Lvl. 1 Noobs gegen Lvl. 400 spielen.

Nett gemachte Konsolenadaption, aber auch nicht mehr. Die deutsche Lokalisierung ist bodenlos schlecht, trotz der offensichtlichen Mängel und etwas eintönigem Spielgefühl (wenn ich ein langweiliges Deckungssystem haben will spiele ich auch auf der Konsole...) kommt aber Stimmung auf. Bei reduziertem Preis zugreifen - ansonsten lieber auf den nächsten "Stalker"-Teil warten... ;-)

Banzaiii! Imho das ausgereifteste Kapitel der "Total War"-Saga. Die KI hat mehr Biss, die Truppentypen sind interessant divers und das Moral-System finde ich auch etwas komplexer; gewohnt dichte Atmosphäre und sehr coole strategische Möglichkeiten.

Das bislang beste Spiel aus der "Hearts of Iron"-Reihe; komplex, strategisch und unheimlich (heraus)fordernd.
