!sellcheck - shows number of available cards/foils/packs you have and the amount of gems you would get.
!sellall - exchange everything you have available to sell for gems, following bot rates
!sellcards - exchange your regular cards for gems, following bot rates.
!sellfoils - exchange your foil cards for gems, following bot rates.
!sellpacks - exchange your booster packs for gems, following bot rates.
