Very fun and great game! I wish it had more content, some harder to reach end-game goals, more perks and all, just more content cause I loved it and would love to return when it gets more content.

It's fun if it was about 1/3rd the price, it's definitely way too expensive, I finished the game with about 5% of the upgrades purchased, so it's got the upgrades, it just lacks content to use them.

I might come back once the game gets more content (like way more difficulty tiers, or an infinite tier that keeps going?), but I can't recommend it for this price.

Been playing for a few hours now and am really enjoying myself beside a few bugs, but hey, for this price, it's a steal!

1 Major bug for me though, is the Shield tab doesn't unlock for me anymore after resetting for the first time.

EDIT: That major bug, restarting the game seems to fix it everytime.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I bought the game, but it turned out to be surprisingly amazing, I loved it!

I did get dissapointed though since !! SPOILER ALERT !! unlocking the god virus, the screen started shaking and all and I was like "omg, a new prestige layer? new perks? new content!? oh... I just unlocked finishing the game..."

I really wish there was some type of long-term goals to move towards, some actual prestige-type content, anything that would keep me playing.

I really hope and look forward to some end-game content, pleaseee!!

So.. I have played and actually finished the first game when it came out, the performance was really bad, but I liked the game, it looked really good and was invested enough to finish the game.

Now they decided to have another go at it, and I gotta say I was very happy about that, I thought to myself, graphics wise there's no way they'd fail, since the original already looked great, and it's been like what, 8 years since than? Well, the graphics got worse from my experience, the game plays a little better, the beginning of the game (tutorial start) was imo just too much, like how many buttons do I need for this game?

Idk, it looked and felt like a mess after only having played for about 15 minutes, yes, only 15 minutes is what this review is based on, and will probably decide to pick it back up if they manage to fix what feels broken to me.

I really hope they manage to get this game going, cause like I said, the original was a canvas, but after this first crack at the new one, Idk anymore.

The game is pretty good, I am one of the lucky ones (I guess) that didn't have any stuttering issues (RTX3080 build) (EDIT: nevermind, close after writing this review, I got to a point where I had constant stuttering issues), but I do want to say one thing so far about this game.

The combat is good when it comes to fighting 1 maybe 2 enemies, but when you're fighting more than that the combat absolutely sucks, it's not even a difficulty thing, it's just frustrating.

Like you dodge by holding A or D, so an animation plays of your character dodging when an enemy attacks you, but when an enemy attacks from the side or back, that doesn't work, and you can't dodge manually, so you just get hit...

(who knows, I might be missing something here, but from my experience, this is a flaw)

Great game, loved it.

Masterpiece, 10/10.

The best tower defence game out there afaik.
