I feel it's only fair to mention to people coming across this game that it has been abandoned by the devs.
playing it without the Ace mod and you will likely feel the game is unfinished, yet the dev never seem to put it on sale, just seem content to siphon money of the modders taking over.
but even with the Ace mod the multiplayer quickly starts to run like ass.

I do like the idea of adding more involvement in the industry of CS, but this DLC has not been adding fun to my game experience and therefore i can't recommend it.
Besides the supply vehicles AI problems others has pointed out: currently have 3 storages, each with 300 tons of wood while my 3 sawmills and biomass factory is complaining about not having enough resources...
There are other issues that makes this DLC a frustrating experience.

Basically all these new industries requires a massive amount of uneducated workers and since the CS system means that no one ever drops out of school or fail exams you will never have enough uneducated workers, currently my city has nothing but offices and my singular wood industry setup and even with 21K citizens I can't get more than 650/800 needed for the next level factory on a good day and that with me having many redundant buildings to over attract educated people.

I can't even imagine the nightmare that having 5 different types of this specialized industry would be and i'm probably not even gonna try.

And for the people that would say that over educated people will eventually fix this problem, which honestly is a stupid concept, the majority of those 650 people are already overeducated people that will eventually disappear.
Many times while I don't change anything in the city the number will go from 650 down to 330ish.

I thought this DLC was gonna be about optimizing supply chains and earning money through clever work, but it just boils down to a frustrating game of trying to get workers.

On a side note: When this DLC came out I remember it got criticized for these specialized industries not counting towards the cities overall industry demand which makes it even harder to get workers, I do feel that this is still a thing, but it's really hard to tell.
