Beach Properties Asset Pack without beach properties assets. These new houses just blend in with the rest of them. But hey, at least we got 4(!!!!) new trees! Those have to be worth around €1.50 a pop, right??

Also, the 180 promised assets are around 100 assets with different paint jobs. This isn't worth the €10/$10 asking price at all. Maybe €2,99 at the very most.

One of those games that I keep coming back to. To relax and just drive. All this game needs is smarter AI drivers, they cause way too many accidents.
