Nice grindfest!

Started playing at patch v1_05. Game runs flawlessly (1440p, 60fps, Vsync on).
Only minor hickup in starting cutscene. I don't have any performance problem (no stutter, no crash, AltTab works fine), I suggest TURN OFF ANTIALIASING completely, that have a huge performance impact, this game looks gorgeous without it.
My specs: I7 4790k, 1080Ti, 16 Gbyte DDR3 RAM, Asus B85 mobo. Graphics are set to "High", 2560x1440 resolution, monitoring with MSI Afterburner I learned game uses 8.2 - 9.5 Gbyte VRAM. At constant 60fps and Vsync GPU runs 80%, CPU 70%.

As for the game itself it is a MASTERPIECE (I got 150+ hours on PS4, stopped playing when I heard game comes to PC). Theres nothing groundbraking about it, it is just crafted well: vibrant colours, excellent textures, very good lighting. You get new weapons, new enemies gradually, there is always something to craft, skill to unlock. Story is very good too, the rpg side is not stretched thin, talking with NPCs brief and interesting. Practically every aspect of the game is very well done (graphics, gameplay, music, world building, story).
I could praise and review this game as it deserves if English was my native. For me it's worth the full price. One of gaming history's finest!

At last a true hack n slah game. I am so tired of the Soulsborne genre, need more like this!

Regarding gameplay, maybe the best Far Cry in the series. Stunning landscapes, big difference that there are vast flat areas. Not like the predecessors where movement always was disrupted by hills.
I wanted Lost on Mars dlc to be good, but do not bother, dlc-s are not worth the money. (Based on Youtube vids. , haven't played any.)

For 40k fans it's a very good game, those who searcing for an above average ARPG, will find an average one.
3 classes: Crusader (Warrior), Assassin (Rogue) and Psyker (Mage). Prophecy dlc brings the 4th class: Tech Adept (Pet char). Active abilities tied to your equipped weapons (gives 4), grenade and armor slot gives 1-1. You can have a secondary weapon, with that, you can have 10 active abilities on your char to choose from.
By leveling up you gain points to spend on passives. There are a ton of categories, each with their own tree. (Like AoE, Defense, Criticals, Heat dmg, Physical dmg, etc...)

As a W40k fan I found the campaign interesting. After that comes the leveling and endgame.
Which is consists of a lot of farming. You gonna need a lot of money and materials for crafting. A good design choice imo, there is little RNG in crafting, eventually you can craft the exact piece you want.
You have some influence on what to farm by applying Tarot cards to missions. These cards have various negative (buffing enemies, timer on mission, etc..) and positive (higher chance to find "x", more XP) modifiers. These Tarot cards themselves can be leveled up (boosting only their positive effects). So there is a lot to grind.

Co-op can be laggy, but I'm glad it works. Years ago I had horrible experience, yesterday I was shocked as I could play without problems with a friend. The game would have benefitted huge if there was a global chat, there isn't.

My advice is buy it on sale, you get a very decent content for a cheap price.

p.s.: Prophecy expansion brings more of the story, Tech Adept character and 3 Ordos (vendor) for endgame grind.

I had so much fun with this gem! It's a Classic in my book.

Lot of new content, worth the price!

Interesting tactical and RPG elements, can be as fun as XCOM. Great example that the game mechanics can be so good that graphics doesn't matter that much.
