I've decided to wait until the full 1.0 release of Black Mesa for this review, and I gotta say, what started off as one of the best HL2 mods I've ever played back in 2012, became a COMPLETE MASTERPIECE and XEN was DEFINITELY worth the wait. I know the game isn't perfect and has its flaws, but when a re-imagining has this much heart and soul put into it, you learn to look past it and see just how much dedication was put into this project. Lastly, as a massive Half-Life fan, I couldn't recommend this more. One of the best $20 I spent.
