Hi Wolfe1924. If you'd still like to build a 1:1 scale model of your home-town in City Skylines, I MIGHT be able to help. I built a map of San Francisco using a free heightmap that I got from Terrain Party. The limitations are that the area be square and 18km on a side. One CAN import maps at a different scale but they need a LOT of manipulation to work well in City Skylines. Friend me and we can discuss it further.
