This game is high effort.

I was very impressed with how each level had new mechanics and new enemies, all the way up until the end. It looks basic, but the devs clearly spent a lot of time balancing and making everything feel fresh. It can also be really difficult at times; that's a good thing.

Very good game.

I was enjoying the game until it very abruptly ended. The game starts off very strong, and rather difficult racing to prepare for the first whiteout. After the whiteout the games becomes trivial, resources no longer matter and the game practically plays itself. That is less than halfway through the actual game. I do not understand how there is only that ONE whiteout event in the entire main game. Absolutely baffling decision by the developers.

Frostpunk one had a much greater sense of a difficulty curve as the game grew colder and colder, requiring more resources to survive. Frostpunk 2 has the opposite gameplay loop, as you just get flooded with resources and nothing to really do with them except to upgrade to more efficient resource production, which you don't need. The tech tree in this game is actually massive. You will not need/use 75% of it. Even on the hardest difficulty you will just not need more than the first few upgrades.

I had fun with the game but for 45 dollars this was disappointing.

Much better than release, the game feels much nicer to play now that they fixed the input delay.

The game is stale, and Respawn seems utterly incapable of trying to fix that. They removed Duos for three months instead of allowing more than 4 gamemodes. Terrible idea.

Pretty good. New factions are really different and fun. A lot of content for pretty cheap. I didn't bother with the campaign, but the multiplayer is great.

The game was rough on release but the free patches have changed a ton of mechanics, it's much better now.

The content packs have been rather weak, which is why the reviews are pretty bad. The free patches that drop with them though have been great.

I don't like mobas.

Good strategy game. Reminds me of some of those older flash games like art of war, but much longer and more in depth.

It's only about 3-4 hours long on hard. For 6 dollars it's worth it.

The game is interesting, but 20 dollars is way too high. It's not much more than an hour long.

It's a scripted puzzle game so there is zero replayability.

Buy it if this goes on sale.
