Giving this game a thumbs up, but out of ten i would give it 6 maybe. Too many annoying things like overwhelming swarms of enemies (especially at spawn spots), improving items was interesting, but not enough of that and not so many good item drops. Overwhelming stats numbers. Maybe this was an attempt to create some advanced version of RPG slasher, but it feels like it became a bit overcomplicated in some parts. Had much more fun with Titan Quest. Didn't like the tower defense part at all. Artistic style also wasn't very attractive and the story writing was bland. Final boss finale is just.. maybe they ran out of money for the script writer. But it might still scratch the slasher itch. I wanted something different after completing Titan Quest. So it was good at least for that.

Have spent countless hours almost 20 years ago playing the original DX-Ball. And now spent 18 hours completing all the boards in this one. Some new additions and achievements add more to it. Didn't like all of it. Some stupid boards with lots of metal bricks that you just sit and watch the ball going round and round. Good that they have a timer so bricks turn normal if ball is circling around not breaking anything for a while. Oh, and the levels with lots or JUST invisible bricks. What a prick designed this. But this is just a minor quibble. Graphics could be better, but in a way this adds to nostalgic feeling, all the pixelated stuff. All in all it's a good mindless time burner, when you sit down to complete one board, then say just one more and here you are completing your 20th one :D

Every once in a while i need to scratch my 'diablo' itch with some slasher RPG. Latest one was Path of Exile, which i liked. I have abandoned Torchlight after playing for a few weeks. I have decided to give Titan Quest a try (have actually played a demo when it was first released). And it hooked me. There is nothing very special about it. As i have decided to play with Warfare, i was only slashing through most of monsters and bosses, using lots of health potions and dying a lot, with occasional road blocks, when i had to adjust my defensive stats or even equip a bow and do it the hard way. I would like an ability to move with the keyboard and shoot with a bow. So my hand wouldn't fall off after constantly having to run and shoot (in opposite directions). Of course, it's an older game and it operates like slashers of the old days. Mouse only control and keyboard only for spells and quick actions. I liked playing with a bow on my second run, when i have picked the hunter's mastery. But it still could be tiresome. I can probably nitpick lots of little annoying things about this game, like objects sometimes blocking camera, too repetitive play. I also would like to craft more relics, improve legendary weapons, collect sets and not having to play for 50 years to grind :D As usually in such games, i have collected millions of gold by selling all the drops from monsters and had nothing to spend them on.. I would also only have 3 Acts and omit one of the four. Game felt a bit too long. But in general it was fun, classic, addictive, kept me going back to it for a few months. Made me angry about a few tough bosses and gave me lots of satisfaction after defeating them. And i have improved. On my second run i was killing some bosses on a first try, when i was dying dozens of times on my first run and on my 4th run (yeah, i wanted to complete as much achievements as possible) i have managed not to die till 21 level :) The story is not very special (some demons trying to free a banished titan to overthrow gods and rule the world and you are some unique untrained peasant who kills everything on its way), but it was rather entertaining and kept me interested in what will happend next.

Slasher RPG fans should find what they look for in this game. Of course, if they like older style. I need to play some modern game to compare how it stands today. There are also lots of achievements. Some are interesting, some require playing even 100 years longer :D A few of them are related to the Ragnarok expansion. I don't feel i want to play it though. I need something different already. It was fun, ir brough back fond memories, it's a good game.

Finally completed last level after starting this game 8 years ago. That last level was tricky, so i was going back to it every once in a while and then forgetting about it again. That's how this game is. First levels are easy and satisfactory (there is something about eating other small things and getting bigger to eat even more bigger things that makes it exciting for humans). But as game goes on and new levels and types of challenges unlock it becomes harder and even seems impossible or requires a lot of tries and time. Still a great game. One of the first indy games with simple, yet attractive graphics, great ambient soundtrack. Very meditative game. I haven't done all the achievements (a few of them hidden ones) and i think completing all the official finite levels (because there are infinite levels after the completion) is enough for me :)

There are tons of puzzle games in Steam store. Many of them are very simplistic, weird, not worth attention. So i skip most of them. Some do spike my interest. Zenge looks good. Bright simple esoteric images. Chilling music (although same melody starts to become too repetitive after a while). Puzzles are not overly complicated, although you will have to spend time trying to find right sequence of moves for some of them. Nice pacing introducing new types of puzzles. The game is not too short or too long in my opinion. For its price it's a good puzzle zen feeling inducing game.

I usually review a game when i finish it. But you can't finish ETS2. This is just a way of life sim. Or hit the road sim :) It's not ideal and they seem to emphasize on DLCs lately, but they still provide updates and some free stuff, evolve, expand. World of Trucks portal is nice, though i have abandoned it lately (needs more interesting stuff happening). Engine got some face lift not so long ago, so it is even kind of pretty now :) But in the end it is always nice and comforting to just launch the game, turn some radio station on, take the gamepad (yeah, not a wheel, what a blasphemy:D) and just chill. Or spend hours trying to take the best screenshot of god rays on your truck :D Nominating it for the best "Hit the road simulator"!!!

I have already played this a lot on my tablet. This is almost exactly the same version. Which shows. Some of the UI elements are huge. When you select a card to buy, you need to drag it to your deck (which is ok on a touch device, but a bit akward with mouse). But is's minor things. This is a good implementation of a nice little deck building game. I have only played the free version against AI. There is one free campaign, which can be challenging. There are some inside achievements, but it would be nice to have Steam achievements as well.

Third game in a row from ISOTX that i have played and which has been killed by them. Maybe they should really sell their games (if the company is still alive, as their website is down). Looks like they can't figure out F2P model working for them, so they screw a userbase every their game was able to gather and start from a scratch again and again. I do not regret that much. I haven't invested real money, i had fun while it was online. But i won't touch any ISOTX game (if there will be any) in the future. Simple as that.

A simple little (and very short) point-and-click (or should i say point-and-drag) game with a beautiful stained glass artwork and nice music. Although the story is very simple and not very engaging. I would say, maybe it is geared more towards kids, though there are some places, which maybe are not very fitting the kids game. But still, could be a good introduction into this genre of games for your child. Dragging mechanism can be annoying though. Sometimes it requires to put a thing in a very precise spot and there is no hint about that. I liked the fighting mechanism. Also it was nice to present a story via chainsaw puzzles (again that beautiful stained glass..). In overall, this game has some rough edges (say comparing to Tiny Bang Story) and it is so very short. But i don't want to give it a negative review, as it was mostly pleasant experience. I whish Steam would have points rating or some option of "Neutral" review.

I've bought this to pay my gratitude for the marvelous Kung Fury movie flick. And i also thought this could be fun game. At first it is fun to pile through enemies right and left (there is only two buttons in this game, same as arcade machines). But after trying like 10 times the story mode (and getting a pretty high score in the endless mode) i can't go by the same spot and can't progress through the story (if there is one). It is just gets too hard very fast. yeah, i'm that bad at quickly bashing two buttons apparently. But i hate games (no matter how simple they are) which pump the difficulty so high in the beginning of a game (and what's next? i won't be able to finish it anyway probably). So, can't recommend it. For Kung Fury fans it could be too simple and primitive. Folks not aware of KF probably won't appreciate it either.
