(First of all, game ran flawless all the way through, not a single crash, no stuttering, and only very few FPS drops (i5 2500K/GTX780/2560x1440p)

As a die-hard fan of the Dishonered universe, i'm just relieved that this sequel turned out as good as it did!

+ Top tier stealth game
+ Great story
+ Visuals and art direction
+ Exploration elements
+ Tons of creativity involved in level design

Emily's playthrough took me 40+ hours, and I still have Corvo left. Fully recommended!

TL;DR: Just buy it - you won't regret it. It's polished to a shine, and runs great, even on older machines.

Watch Dogs 2 does so many many things right, and very very few things wrong!

WD2 is a play on a world where technology threatens the San Francisco Bay Area and its citizens. The 'bad guy' technology coorporations are played by the usual suspects; Google, Facebook, Tesla, Space X and so on, and theres even a throwback to Ubisoft themselfes. In fact, one of the strongest areas of the game, is that it never takes itself too serious: there's plenty of humorous moments!

Alright, enough praise. What's the downside:

- It gets repetitive quite fast.
- The storyline is cheesy at best, and full of immature cliches.
- It's easy, even on the hardest difficulty, since you will be grossly overpowered even at the beginning of the game.
- Lethality goes against the whole premise.
- The skill system is shallow, almost obselete.

Bear in mind that the above by no means you should skip this game. It's still very much worth playing. So stop reading, and start hacking!

Final thoughts: Leave this genre to Rockstar please. If you're aiming for mediocre, why even bother making the game? There's only one reason: quick cash grab. This game will be added to the looooong list of forgotten, bland and boring titles that the industry spits out whenever the shareholders needs a quick cash injection.

***

(1 hour) Good concept, but poorly executed. 5-6/10 so far. Will update.

***

(10 hours) 5/10. The end. Well almost:

+ I like the driving mechanics. It reminds me of GTA IV.

- Weak story
- Very repetitive missions and side missions
- Poor visuals
- Poor physics
- Forgettable characters

Unless you're on heavy medication, and like repetition, skip this one.

TL;DR: In Mankind Divided, the previous storywriter (Mary DeMarle) is replaced by a team of 15 year olds, highfiving eachother whenever another uninspired idea popped up at group sessions.

Recommended for fans of the series only!

Human Revolution is one of my all time favourites (as in overall top 10). So it saddens me to say that Mankind Divided is far, far away from it predecessor. It lacks the tempo, the powerful narrative, the thrilling story that kept us digging for more and more. It simply lacks the same DNA that made Human Revolution so unique.

This time around, players are stuck in the same area (Prague) for most of the game. No more travelling the globe and seeing new and exotic cities (except maybe a few places)... I wont be going into alot of plot details here, but overall the story feels less satisfying compared to HR. Oh, did i mention no more awesome boss fights?

The game is good looking, very much so infact, but lacks the same super-bold artistry and design that made Human Revolution so breathtaking. Theres also alot of cheap repeating, and overall it's clear that the team behind the design aimed for a more... standard'ish look. Take for example the stun-gun. HR had a futuristic 'TRON' like look, while MD went for a standard pistol look, with a silencer. Not gamebreaking, but it really lacks the vision the team behind HR had.

Mankind Divided took me 50 hours to complete on hard, exploring every area, reading every book, email, PS and datafile. HR took me double that (around 100 hours).

Difficulty wise, hard is easy. Especially later on. I took the 100% non-lethal route, and furthermore limited myselfe with no stealth, titan, or any of the new augs actually. And it was still a complete cakewalk. I ended the game with over 100.000 credits and 20'ish unspend praxis kits.

On the bright side, you will be put to some hard choices... well, atleast one or two times during the game... but even those can't make up for the rest. MD pretty much lacks everything that made HR so unique, but atleast retains the core mechanics. So... i'll cut it short here with:

Recommended for fans of the series only.

With only ~6000 hours of playtime (plus a few thousand prior to Steam), i might not be worthy of reviewing this game.

So i'll just leave it at: recommended.

Hitman does some things wrong, but most things right.

Although i would like a return to the formula of prior games (non episodic?!), i still think Hitman is worth recommending.

Recommended? Hell yes.

Fantastic story
Great gameplay
Sweet visuals
Amazing voice acting
Awesome music score

And last, but not least,

Brilliant Art direction. The guys/gals responsible for this are the best in the bizz.

Although the game succeeds on some fronts, it's just not for me.

+ atmosphere
+ scale of the game
+ many possibilities for upgrading equipment, starship, weapons etc.

- repetition. Afte the initial few hours, it gets stale real fast.
