Very fun gameplay; satisfying shooting and flashy abilities which make for a great power fantasy. Story is pretty hit or miss and there is a lot of grinding, though it has become easier to get good gear.

Also, the new player experience is horrible unless you have friends who know the game already.

Overall, fun game, but not for everyone.

Surprisingly, I would still rather play this game than the absolute travesty that still is PTDE. Actually playable with K&M, 60 FPS without modding, and the game looks much better. For someone who mainly focuses on the PvE side of the game, the Remaster was successful. However, the game's price tag was too much for me to want to by it on release, as I didn't want to spend $20 on better performance and quality of life changes. So, I waited until it cost me about $5 (including the $20 off from owning PTDE.) The game is definitely worth $5, but not $20.
