A civilian is cornered and arrested by the LSPD SWAT team. The civilian says some stupid ♥♥♥♥ about "how long is this going to take?" and, amidst the chaos, misunderstandings spiral. Commands are shouted, but fear prevails. An officer - fearing for his life, shoots the civilian in the head execution-style.

"TOC, this is entry team... Civilian DOA."

The officer, burdened with the weight of command, stares at the scene and then looks to his fellow officers, who look bewildered at his autism. Finally, his voice heavy with unspoken regret, the officer says "It's hard being the chief."

I have really been enjoying Cities: Skylines 2 thus far, but I will say I am running an RTX 4080. I have had no performance issues, obviously, and some of the new features are so welcome - especially road tools. I have had few negative experiences and would recommend it despite the drama circling release and optimization.

Better than any tactics based game I have ever played - as good as or better than Final Fantasy Tactics and far superior to Triangle Strategy.

The music is fantastic, and the pacing is *chef's kiss*.

Also, in case you're wondering - yes, it is amazing on the Steam Deck.

Full of bugs, crashes every couple hours and is completely not ready for launch... but the gameplay is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good when it works.

Great game, but needs voice and text chat options so as to communicate with randoms that join your crew. Communication is extremely important in these games - can't believe VOIP was not added before launch into early access.

At the time of this review, only the multiplayer component is available, and the campaign has yet to be released. With that said, Halo Infinite is just behind Halo 3 and Reach for me, which I both consider 10/10 classics. The gameplay, sound design, map design, and visuals are fantastic and really declare that 343 has finally figured out how to make a Halo game on par with Bungie's past work. Plus, making multiplayer free will really serve to open up Halo to a new generation of fans. Highly recommend!

Somehow, one of the largest and most influential game publishers in the world - holding the rights to a beloved IP - decided to scrap everything that made their previous smash hit titles from said IP successful.

The glory days of Battlefield are over. It is now just a monetization scheme - and a scam at that.
