I got total war 2 now.

Its only 350 right now, which is pretty reasonable for what you get. Xbox or playstations are only 50 cheaper is the way i looked at it when i broke down and bought one.

Biggest downside is you need a room with a lot of space to move around, and a good rig to run the apps. It will ruin other games for you a bit because nothing comes close to the experiences you can have in vr.

Not really into VR gaming but I do like flight simulators. Thinking about investing in the eyetracker device. Seems kind of necessary these days with flight sims. Better than growing ten more fingers and fumbling with multiple view keys :S

VR technology is also scaling heavily at the moment, so maybe I will just wait a bit more until prices are more reasonable. Plus, quality.

Havent played that shogun 2 for a while, that and medieval were my favorites. Loved sitting back with fire archers or catapults and just firing them til they ran out of ammo watching guys run around screaming on fire. Thanks for games, have you looked into oculus yet? Need to see it in person with a decent cpu running it and you will be hooked.

I sent you Red Orchestra the full game. Very decent fun, played iot for many hours before I got into Arma3.

If you have another mate who wants to try it I can send them the same as well. Not sure about expiry or whatever, details are vague as always with Steam stuff.

CA and Steam can't work out their DLC practices for that version of the game FotS and I think I got it 'again' by mistake... heh. As you have to gift it to yourself in order to buy it for some odd reason...
