They are Megaman games just as I remembered them as a kid. You'll have to hold yourself back from using save states if you want the true experience though.

I generally play sim mode. It has a good balance of realism without being overwhelming for an average user but still takes practice to master. Trackir or the like highly recommended. Arcade mode is a good way to blow off steam from time to time but it feels too easy. Realistic mode is probably better for me but I've barely tried it. Overall I would recommend this game.
