About your Legendary Tales review, The game is required to be ran at 90 FPS right now, any lower or higher causes issues with the physics either being too floaty or too heavy, making it seem like lag. I seriously get why you'd refund the game over that issue, but i'd recommend maybe looking into it a bit more, because most people think the physics are near perfect, Pretty close to how the Boneworks physics feel.
