I do like this game, its just not a game that can be recommended.

The first few ascensions you can go with quite a few builds but as you progress you get limited to 1-2 builds if you don't get them going early enough you lose.

Some kind of limitation on repeatedly getting duplicate towers in some cases 4 or more for multiple turns would be really really nice. I know there is a relic for that but when its round 3 you don't have relics.

The starter tower bonuses are severely under powered, a +1 atk/health sucks no matter what ascension you're on.

genuinely I do like the game its just not viable to be recommended in its current form.

Another RPG from bugthesda that can't stand on its own

We dive together or we don't .. apparently we don't.

I really like this, but probably not for the reasons I should.

upside until you get auto defence its a fun lil' mining game with unfortunately very few mines. once you have auto defence it becomes "mine these ridiculous mines"

Beat the first boss it becomes an idle game
I assume dlc boss is the same I just have lacked the patience to do so.

I was unabel to stay tuned for the dlc boss but I assume its more of the same.

Its an idle game, very little in the form of action but that is not what you want from an idle game you want a spread sheet that makes number go lorge.

it fulfils that number go up itch nicely.


with a recent update they heavily improved the UI imo it feels a lot less confusing even if requiring a slight adjustment in other areas.

Its not an idle game if you want to make any decent amount of progress.

Genuinely would not suggest this game to anyone that enjoys idle games where you just leave it run in the back ground and make progress. as if you're not hitting box/doing bonus stages, upgrading, portalling, buying yet more ascension upgrades for a 5% boost you will not make progress.


Sure it has some positives my issues is with the "idle" part

A few bugs but didn't find anything game breaking.

Game follows a standard flipper format, clean rebuild just set in a post ww2 era that is quite tastefully done has historical info and haunting recollections of events,

some objectives seem to be pure padding do the exact same thing 6 times at a painfully slow speed.

Overall game is pretty, seems relatively crash free for me (others appear to have had issues)

Utter mindless fun

Yeah it's pretty basic and some tweaks would be nice but it's a really fun game

Most of my qualms about his got addressed in a recent update, all hail not being stuck with 1 weapon for 8 waves. there are a few minor issues but honestly rng is as rng does.
