1. Do not enter a body of liquid.
2. If someone enters a body of liquid, you should assume they are trapped in a Delta-P situation and therefore doomed. They're already gone. Make no attempt to recover them.
3. If you find yourself in a body of liquid unexpectedly, remove yourself from the liquid as quickly as possible. As it is very likely you will find yourself in a Delta-P situation.
4. When storing any liquid, carefully consider if you could be creating the potential for a Delta-P situation. If so, do not store the liquid that way.
5. Delta-P situations are also sometimes possible with solid powders or pressurized gasses. Therefore, release all pressurized gasses into the atmosphere after confirming nobody is inside them. Do not enter or store solid powders. If possible, dump them into the ocean so they cannot hurt anyone. It is a well known fact that beaches result from dumping of solid powders into the ocean.
7. Wear an approved safety mask and do not touch your mouth or nose. As it is possible to create a Delta-P situation with them. If someone removes their safety mask, avoid exposure to their mouth or nose at all costs. Do not attempt to put their safety mask back on, as this could result in a Delta-P situation.
