New world what a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ game truly, iv been in que for over 6 hours finally get play i thought, then out of nowhere a error occurs and game exists i log in again with perhaps a 1 minute window and boom back of line again, so bechause of the lack of care the devs had going in to launch i had to wait again until it would be my time to play, why is there no mechanic to see if u for example had a dc or if there was an error with their servers, basically you get to play the game if luck is randomly bestowed on to you and u magically qued in the exackt window of no errors, how could u make a game like this how can u not have thought of people waitng for hours in que, almost all games have the feauture where u do not lose your que if the dc is caused by the game PATIENTLY i waited again only for another error to occur whilst having number 10 in que mind you i started at 600,
also i have been in que with customer support with amazon since thats the way new world does their support, and the numbers in their que is just flat out lies yes theres also a que for support saying 77 minutes until associate to arrive however this number do not deminish its just stuck at that time, truly this just seems so bad, very dissapointed, refunded, also very slow pace game that wants you to spend ALLOT of time doing very mundane things
