This game is clunky and doesn't allow you to create the bonsai that you want. I hacked its currency with Cheat Engine and I still couldn't make anything near a straight tree, everything is squiggly and random. While that's nice, sometimes you just want a simple tree sticking straight up that branches, you can't do something as simple as that. You click on the screen and it freezes the game. Sometimes the game just randomly decides it's not gonna progress in time unless you spam click the play button. The descriptions for what your stuff does is non existent, I had to dig it out of the internet somehow. While I gave this game the biggest chance I could, I'm really disappointed. Like a review I saw before me, this is just a screensaver, not actually a game. Definitely would not recommend.

For its very low price, you can get so much out of this game. This is literally a game you could be playing for years. At its core, it's just a platform for creating games, but that's what makes it good: the workshop. You will find an infinite amount of games to play and if you are social (or otherwise not I guess), will have a blast in tabletop simulator.

Awesome game mechanics and fast paced action that makes you want to play the game more and more. The game is very forgiving on its initial difficulty but if you strive to have end game gear, expect a long and arduous grind, which is reserved to only the most dedicated and biggest fans of the game. The grind can get repetitive, but you'll get more than what you paid for by the time you get bored of the game. It's a game that you could easily be playing for 100s of hours. Great game!

As far as story and world goes, this game is incredible. As far as gameplay and progression, it's terrible. Overall though, the good outweigh the bad and I highly recommend this to Dragon Ball fans.

I got this game for free on PS Plus at the end of 2015 and still play it now, in 2019. It has flaws but I love it overall. I see new players struggling with the game and that may be due to the tutorial not going too far in depth. Take some time experimenting with spell combinations, remember to shield yourself and revive your fairy and you will always have a great time. Unfortunately, even though I still play it, it severely lacks in content and a new player could probably finish everything there is to do in 6 hours; that's story and extras. Moving between difficulties will give you more play time and unlockables however. I'm disappointed there aren't new missions or any PvP modes but whatever. I've played the first one as well and would probably spend more time there if it wasn't for the terrible controller support however. Despite this game's flaws and missed opportunities, I believe it's worth its price tag and I highly recommend you buy it.
