Some things that I have to mention at the start of the review is that there are some performance problems and glitches/sound bugs in this game. I've noticed that there's sort of a stutter in this game at times so it's a bit janky at times and most of the time it's very smooth. Who knows if it's the optimization or if it's the case that I didn't use the resolution scaling that would help the game to run more smoothly. At times the sound/music stutters too. There are also some weird animation glitches now and then in this game. Apart from these minor things the game runs really well and it's among my new favorite Star Wars games! The music is good(it does the job but the music in itself isn't very memorable). Gameplay is great, characters and story are very good. Graphics are fantastic. The jedi power fantasy is also done really well in this game and how you progress with your powers. The areas that you can explore are amazing, every planet has something that is interesting and unique. If you were a fan of Rogue One and the Clone Wars then you have to check out the locations of this game and the lore. I would recommend this to anyone interested in a great Star Wars single player game and if you enjoyed the Jedi Knight games then check this one out!

This game reminds me a lot of Overwatch although this one has a different style both when it comes to the aesthetics and when it comes to the heroes. To me it feels kind of close to both Warcraft and to Warhammer. There's a deeper class system in this game where you can customize a lot when it comes to how each class and hero plays. There are different game modes like team death match, onslaught and payload. If you're into Overwatch and would like to play something that's available for free then check this one out. I just have to mention that at the start you're able to play a handful of heroes and you can unlock new ones with the ingame currency(I didn't check if you coul buy them with your credit card)

This game is sort of a Super Smash game but for the PC(you're able to use keyboard and a controller). It is very similar(to Super Smash bros) when it comes to the gameplay and look although the aesthetics/style is leaning more towards a cartoonish look. You've got a handful of playable characters that you play as. You're also able to unlock more characters with the ingame currency(I didn't check if you also could buy them with your credit card). It's a lot of fun to play this one with a friend! The levels and the soundtrack is quite funny. I would recommend this to anyone interested in playing a free to play fighting game

This game reminds me a lot of Day of Defeat. Day of Infamy is a rather hardcore ww2 fps game where you have to for instance take over control points(similar to Battlefield and Heroes & Generals). This game still looks good and the sound is top notch. Just like in Insurgency the time to kill is short and there's no killfeed(so did that guy that I just shot really die?). That adds a lot of intensity and can be kind of spooky. Warning: If you don't like getting killed quickly in a video game then this might not be for you haha. You'll learn how the game works and what to look out for(if you do enjoy a challenge). The action seems more in line with the Medal of Honor games. I would recommend this to people that like Day of Defeat, Day of Defeat: Source and Operation Flashpoint and Insurgency but with a WW2 style.

Among the best turn based strategy games that I've ever played. The style/aesthetics of this game are sort of cartoony. The music is fantastic, gameplay is great and this is a great follow-up to Civ5. There were some issues with Directx12(the game crashed often). I tried to play on Directx11 and that worked a lot better(although my game crashed once). It's therefore important that you activate the autosave system to save after each turn so that you don't have to replay a lot in case the game crashes, There are so many ways to play this game considering the different civilizations and scenarios. I've just scratched the surface although the standard Civ6 experience is a very good base to stand on. I would recommend this to any fanatic of the Civilization games, strategy games or turn based strategy.

A free to play WW2 shooter that reminds me of Battlefield 1942, Planetside 2, Medal of Honor and Battlefield 2. There are many ways to play this game although I've mainly played from the perspective of a ground troop/rifle man. It isn't a very easy game and it can be quite thrilling to play this. It can sometimes be difficult to spot enemies nevertheless the same goes for you(that it can be difficult for them to see you). I had fun playing this game nevertheless there are some modern things in this game that I don't enjoy. For instance you don't get access to all of the weapons unless you use in game currency or open up your wallet and pay for weapons etc. Also the gear that you're using will need repairs after a while. I would recommend this one to people that are interested in WW2 shooters, if you don't like the aspect of battlepasses(you don't have to buy it) and using money/in game currency to buy weapons then don't check this one out.

A follow-up to the goldsource/half life mod BrainBread. This fps game/mod has different game modes available. I at least tried one where you can be either human or infected/zombie. The humans have missions to complete just like in the original BB mod. There's also Death match and other modes. There's a skill system for both humans and one for zombies. So if you enjoy Left 4 Dead 1 & 2 and want something that is similar but has a deeper rpg-esque system and more guns then check this one out! There are people playing this game and it came rather recently out as a finished product after a 6 years long early access period. It isn't as polished as the L4D games nevertheless there's a different take and charm to this one compared to the L4D games.

The follow up to The Banner Saga is really good. In this game they explain a lot more about the gameplay, there are even things that you can try out in the training mode that can help you be more aware of how different abilities might work together. The story this time around was more interesting to me compared to the first game although the ending to the first one was cool. There are even some animated cutscenes in this game! There are some new units that you can fight and play as in this game that are quite interesting. This game runs really well although I might have experienced one bug that made it impossible to choose where my units would stand before battle(you usually can). I don't know if it is a bug or if the game just decides for you nevertheless I guess it is a bug since you're supposed to be able to choose(I don't know how to fix it, maybe a restart could work?). If you are a gamer that likes turnbased strategy and you haven't played The Banner Saga then what are you waiting for? Try it out and see if you enjoy it! To me the gameplay and the decisions that you make throughout the game are the highlight, I didn't care that much for the story(well maybe more in this game compared to the debut).

Among my favorite music games in general. In the follow up to Audiosurf 1 there's a lot more content. You can find lots of skins, mods, modes and ways to play your music! Not only can you play songs that you've got on your PC but you can also play songs from Youtube! Although there's no main menu theme from what I can remember in Audiosurf 2 the music is fantastic(since you can play your own favorite tunes). The way that the game manages to create interesting levels is great. You can find yourself realising how cool some parts of certain songs are. Maybe a short passage that is calm or a very intense song or part of a song and how the dynamics of your favorite music are translated into a game! I would recommend this game to anyone that is interested in playing a game where you can 'play' your own favorite music.

The developers of Mark of the Ninja also created this fascinating spy/espionage game. From what I've noticed and heard from others Klei have their own aesthetic/style although every game they've created looks different. That's very fascinating(to have your own style as a developer). I haven't played anything like this before. At times it reminds me of XCOM and FTL nevertheless Invisible, Inc is quite different. I also get some No One Lives Forever and Perfect Dark vibes at times(but this game isn't a first person shooter). The story is kind of interesting, the meat and potatoes of the game is the gameplay. The music is really nice too and at times has that XCOM/Perfect Dark feel. You can play this game in many different ways and there are many different difficulty levels and you can also customize said difficulty levels. Unlock agents, find/buy augments, weapons and gear. I've only played the beginner difficulty and a little bit of the next difficulty level. This game can at times get really nerve wracking and tense. I would recommend this to anyone who might be into a challenge(where a lethal option might not be the best) and if you're into spy/espionage.
