Avoid toxic things/entities. They will attempt to draw you in if you are not strong. The heart and mind will guide you to safety if you apply it with your organs. Excessive wanting of something toxic will lead you to bad outcomes/results.
It takes familiarizing (in the beginning) and it takes time. Spending your time smartly is more effective than spending it ineffectively with a lot of time.
