The game is amazing from a technical standpoint, the voxel building and graphics are great.
But aside from that, it's kind of meh.
1. it's very linear! - you have to do the quests in a sequence to unlock new building things etc. This sucks for a sandbox game.
2. modifications to the outside world doesn't save, unless you place an altar - I kind of understand this design decision, because it makes all the resources infinite, but it's also lazy. You don't have to build your own mines, roads or bridges, you feel like a guest in the world, not the owner
3. in addition to being linear, leveling and quests seem very grindy and repetitive, like a single-player MMORPG
4. combat is boring and very level dependent - the mob has 10 levels more than you ? you have to hit him 10x times, don't you dare skip the boring quests and leveling in this game
5. the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ NPCs won't stop shouting at me like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

I guess maybe the game is for more casual players, it might be fun enough if played with 3+ friends though.

Fun to a point, because tasks get exponentially more complex. Which feels like challenges are not really harder, but more time-consuming. The soundtrack is very good. 7/10

Very cool game, soundtrack is amazing and immersive.

Amazing, very replayable, very fun, the soundtrack is somewhat repetitive, also sometimes really random ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ can ♥♥♥♥ your colony up. The mods are amazing and numerous. Still 9.5/10.

Fun at times, but all the missions generally follow the same principle, which gets boring fast. The stealth system is also very unintuitive.

Pleasant graphics and very cool gameplay if you like planning and managing stuff, but not really replayable if you finish the game (took me ~30h).

Very immersive.

The game is very fun, sandboxy and mysterious. The only "flaw" is that it can get a bit boring after having to replay it again after dying in some nonsensical way. For example one of my best characters died by simply slipping on slime for so long, that a turret had killed him (without me having any control over the slipping). As you can see the deaths can be quite hilarious though.
Also the atmosphere created by music and graphics is very unique.
