Horribly optimized game. Game uses all CPU cores to their max at all times, even before you start a mission. Cannot possibly get a stable 60 no matter how low I go on the graphics side. And even at 60 it feels more like 25 fps due to bad frame pacing.

Update on August 6, 2024: 6 months after release and the game still runs like trash. ArrowHead hasn't even acknowledged the performance problems let alone promise a fix. And it's not like people aren't complaining...
