for further context: i have played the game until after week 4 of Thaemine release. i've done all in-game content to that point, including Hell Mode, and placed #4 on Thaemine's The First race leaderboards.

pros:
1) raids and combat are fun

cons:
1) RNG power systems are terrible: ability stone cutting, bracelets, elixirs (the worst one out of all of them), gear quality, and gear honing/upgrading. each one takes millions of gold (in-game currency) and thousands of hours to get- or if you are lucky this doesn't apply to you.

2) class balancing team is non-existent. you didn't choose the meta class? you are out of luck buddy. you chose an unpopular class? you aren't getting any buffs for years.

3) required to play alts, having only one character cannot generate enough gold and resources to progress without the use of a credit card or insane luck.

4) this game is not alt friendly at all. you have to spend a good chunk of your gold to get your alts up to a certain item level, geared up properly with gems, and have the right meta build for your class. THEN you have to spend time trying to get into raid lobbies. also, there are a lot of character bound mats and it is impossible to share resources between characters that weren't generated through dailies.

5) although this doesn't effect me, gatekeeping is very prevalent for newer/returning players. in other words, if you aren't a veteran with in-game proof (roster level/titles), good luck getting into raids. not only that, but veteran players with well built characters do normal version of raids, not hard, causing more shortages and gatekeeping for characters around the item level required to do a raid.

6) raids are required to progress your character. there are no alternatives to progress your character. raids give gold, better accessory drops, and the materials required to craft/upgrade gear.

7) classes are gender locked, personally doesn't effect me but can be a negative to others.

8) korean game, which are notorious for terrible practices and RNG.


my opinion? don't waste your time or money on this game. there are better games out there than this trash.
