Beat a guy to death while a cop was nearby - no arrest

Shot a guy with a bazooka causing two cars to explode while cops were nearby - no arrest

Caused an explosion that effectively vaporized 2 city blocks - no arrest

bumped into cop - arrest

still not as violent as real life miami though
